Reagan Delaney Tokes
On February 8th, 2017, Reagan Delaney Tokes, a senior at The Ohio State University, who was just 33 days shy of turning twenty-two, and 3 months shy of graduating with a degree in psychology, tragically lost her life at the hands of Evil.
Reagan was leaving her job when she was kidnapped by a recently released violent felon, who was out on parole and wearing an ankle monitor. She endured every woman’s worst nightmare and during her last few hours on earth was she robbed, raped, and killed. Her last words were “I just want to live”. Our system and the state of Ohio failed her.
Rather than allow this tragic loss of life to become her legacy, the Reagan Delaney Tokes Memorial Foundation, was created to allow the radiance of Reagan’s spirit to still shine in this world and bless others. Rally For Reagan Events are held to raise proceeds, so the kind, generous, giving nature of Reagan would still positively impact the lives of others and Good would overcome Evil.

The RDTMF Mission
The RDTMF Board serves to positively impact the community through scholarship funds and hosting safety and self defense classes to honor Reagan and continue to spread her light in the world
Actions. Conquer. Tragedy.
"Reagan was such a vibrant shining ray of light and we don't want that light to be snuffed out, because if we did, and we succumb to the darkness, evil wins and I refuse to let that happen. And I also refuse to let that one horrible night be the defining thing that is my daughters legacy," Lisa McCrary-Tokes, Reagan's mother.
The RDTMF Scholarship Impact
Reagan was eternally grateful for her opportunity to attend The Ohio State University to study psychology and was just 3 months away from her graduation when she lost her life. The RDTMF scholarships represent the legacy and lasting impact of her light here on Earth and the appreciation she had for her educational opportunities.
